8、激光切割機(jī)的基本原理

       激光切割的原理是將激光束聚焦成很小的光點(diǎn),使焦點(diǎn)處達(dá)到很高的功率密度,這是光束輸入(由光能轉(zhuǎn)換)的熱量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過被材料反射,傳導(dǎo)或擴(kuò)散的部份,材料很快加熱到氣化的溫度,蒸發(fā)形成孔洞。隨著光束和材料相對(duì)線性移動(dòng),使孔洞形成寬度很窄的切縫。

8. Basic Principle of the Laser Cutting Machine

The principle of laser cutting is to focus the laser beam into a very small spot, so that a very high power density is achieved at the focal point. At this time, the heat input by the light beam (converted from light energy) far exceeds the part that is reflected, conducted or diffused by the material. The material is quickly heated to the gasification temperature, and evaporation forms a hole. As the light beam and the material move linearly relative to each other, the hole forms a very narrow slit.
